| 1. When I click on the button. Nothing happens. |
| First of all, we use windows media player to play music. So you need to have a windows media player installed in your computer. You can download the latest windows media player at “GET THE LINK HERE” |

| 2. My windows player just display a message “connecting” but nothing happens. |
| One of the reasons for this maybe, that your network does not support windows media content. If you are behind a firewall, please confirm that your firewall allows mms protocol. |

| 3. My windows player says the server is busy or not available. |
| There can be two reasons. First is that our server is down, which is very unlikely as now our servers have 99.9 % uptime. Visit to our web site to make sure that Ahamu broadcast is working fine (otherwise we will have some sort of a notice on our web site informing you of service interruptions). The most probable reason is that you are experiencing some sort of network problem. Please retry several times.
